If using the AOne Classic or new AOne App:
If you forgot your password, please open your AOne application and click on "Forgot password?"
Enter the email address you provided at the time of your registration, tap on “Reset password”/"Email Me Password Link" and follow the instructions received in your inbox to reset your password.
If using the AOne Classic App:
To change your password, please open your AOne application and follow these steps:
- Tap on "Settings"
- Tap on “My Profile”
- Tap on "Change Password
- Tap on the "Hamburger" (Main menu) in the top right corner
- Tap on "Change Password"
An email with instructions on how to change your password, will be sent to your registered email address. Please follow instructions in the email to verify your account.
