After installing the System and either encountering pairing issues or Devices are slow to respond or become Unavailable on the App, we can perform a Signal Strength Test on your System so that we can advise on the quality of the ZigBee Mesh connection.
Get in touch with us if you require a test to be performed on your System.
The test requires at least an hour to perform so keep this in mind if it’s required.
